Called to pay a bill and they do not answer phones. I guess they do not want paid.
Complete outdated service, please update or publish the emergency number to people can call incase of outage, it’s been hour now outage and no number to call, I guess more competition needed.
Place is a joke ended my service and week later called them for the remainder of my deposit back they said oh issues with software yea bs then they said my bill was $115 for 2 weeks of service bs there not even reading the meters there just estimating this company is complete garbage
