Franklin pud does not care about if you have a power outage they won’t send crews to repair the power outage specially on sunday
Franklin PUD sends out past due notices when your case is not past due and you are on autopay and will overcharge as well

I wish there was different options here. I’m really tired of getting late fees for negligence. First you sign me up for paperless without my consent so I wasn’t receiving bills, even when I fix someone else’s mistake, you still don’t send out bills so I’m stuck with yet another late fee. Shut the power off on a new home owner because the previous owner calls and says to turn off the power. Illegal and unethical. I have a 6 month old baby and it’s 26 degrees outside.
