Wait almost two weeks to say my insurance was changed. Why didn’t they check this before I left the building the first time. Then an additional 2 weeks to get some glasses.

I was told this place was too expensive and to try somewhere else, but it was close to home and they had a cancellation so they fit me in @6:15pm with Dr. Miller. It was totally worth it! The staff are super nice and quick. Dr. Miller was so kind! Even if it were more expensive, it would be worth every penny!
As a first time contact lense wearer, I was having a hard time getting used to them. Dr. Miller was very patient, giving me different brands to take home and try, a long with different variations of the distance and reading prescriptions to see what was going to work.
My second time going to Fraser Optical for glasses. The staff is very helpful and thorough with the experience. I will be definitely be using them again.

Everyone is friendly and listens to you when you talk to them. I can not do the blue light to take the pressure in my eyes but I can do the puff of air so that is what they do. They don’t tell I have to deal with them taking the pressure with the blue light. And they are very helpful picking out frames.
