Satisfied with their service I received while living in Albert Lea. Had a little hiccup when I moved and cancelled services but they made it right and I appreciate that so I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Very hard to work with making payments plans . Will shut you off in the middle of winter with out batting an eye. Even with cold weather rule in place. The gal that is in the billing dept acts like it’s coming out if her picket if you cannot pay. She was rude and disrespectful.

After talking with Mary, I decided to change my review . It wasn’t this company’s fault of the service I received , versus it was there after hours company employees . Mary reached out to me and provided excellent customer service . Thank you Mary !
This company is a scam … They wrongful sent my tenants account to collection service with my name … My tenant said bill statement was lost during holidays time and so they forget to pay. But this company is not doing the right thing they didn’t try to reach out to the customer first . Should be reported to BBB.

As a landlord they do a great job of contacting me for disconnects which allows me to contact the renter to avoid issues.
Terrible power company. Takes forever to get power restored after an outage. As a previous comment mentioned. Purchase a backup generator.
