  1. Long time member of Kaw Valley Electric. Just received a notice of a mistake on the ballot for board members/merger. I hope this is not a preview of what’s to come. Bigger is not better.

  2. Horrible customer service. Not there to help the customer only there to take your money! If we had a choice of electrical companies we would NOT choose this one!

  3. What a disorganized bunch. I had two repair men try to start a fight when I asked them why they were on my property. One told me to shut up and go back in the house. They weren’t working on my service but looking around my property, to steal something?

  4. People, people. Stop complaining. These people are doing the best they can! Do YOU want to go work in the dark in a storm in stead of being asleep? I thought so. Give them a break.

  5. Kaw valley customer service was so much better. Freestate doesn’t try to pretend that they care. They know you don’t have a choice, and they hold the cards. Would give a zero if I could.

  6. If I could give zero stars, I would. I hate dealing with this company. From the website, online bill payment to over the phone customer service, including the answering service that just hung up on me, it’s all bad. I never had one bad experience when it was Kaw Valley Electric. Free State Electric is terrible.
