Entergy sent a tree trimming co out here (global) and they busted my meter.I got a $217.00 in april and a $278.00 bill in june.they wouldn’t help me at all.I paid what i could this month.now they’re saying I’m late and will be disconnected on the 27th.I paid what they told me.this is bs.the water stinks and is slow as well
This is the worst water company I have ever had. Horrible service. Rude staff. Turned our water off on a Friday and had to wait for four days. We have a handicapped little boy. They did not care. DO NOT CHOOSE this company.
There should be a class action lawsuit against this company because they create fictitious leaks and bills. How can you have large water bills and hide water leaks on your property. My granny has a $2,000 water bill, no water on property to justify the leak.
The water smells just like a swimming pool! The customer service is a joke! They left my meter and piping exposed about a foot from the road, a car ran over it and hey say it`s my responsibility! Their office hours are from the Mayberry days! I`m gonna install a well asap!
We Set up a payment arrangement with the water company for a 300 dollar water bill because of a leak that we were not aware of on a Thursday they cut the water off the Wednesday before and are now charging us 500 something dollars to cut it back on, the customer service is horrible!!!! Wish we had a different company to go with!

Brown water most of the time. Silt in the water, Ruins filters, bad customer service. They know we do not have options so they do not care about us. I have filed multiple complaints and have never gotten so much as a call to see if the issues have been resolved.
