It is frustrating that there is no way to make a payment online or over the phone. The hours of operation make it really difficult for me to get in to make a payment.
If I could do zero stars I would. Little effort to actually do anything to help residents, things that have to get done are not at all in a timely manner, and just overall rude.
They need online payments. I shouldn’t have to come in to be able to pay for my water or my taxes. It’s almost 2020 they are the only company it set up for online bill pay.
Joy’s was a Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious find for our lunchtime hunger. I would most definitely be going back. Staff was attentive and fun. Sandwiches come with a pickle and a small bag of chips. The heated Italian was had by me and my crew. Yummmmy!
A lot of the staff is real snotty to say the least, even of you are super nice to them. Not sure why there are so many Karen’s there. They all need an attitude adjustment. RBF IS ALL OVER THE PLACE
