We were very disappointed in the way the staff at Friendly Smiles pushed orthodontic devices, but did not stand behind the product when it failed. Their communication and customer service through the process was pathetic.
Best dentist office that have ever been to my hygienist was amazing and so was the primary dentist not to mention the cool little care package you get when you’re a new patient and you can watch tv i would give these guys 10 stars if i could!!!
its been almost three years since I have been in to the dentist and I ended up getting a infection, the staff welcomed me with open arms and treated me like I never left . they went over everything so that there was no surprises and didn’t force me to except what I did not want . in my opinion that’s good service

You would be better off looking elsewhere for a Dentist. A place that cares about it’s supposed patients. This place is like the drama filled high school of dental offices. Fargo and Moorhead have many dentists… Shop around people.

I had chipped my tooth on a Wednesday night and called Susan Hozak after hours and she took great care of me I got a call at 7 am for 9 am appointment they had me in and out in less than an hour and I could not be happier with the staff and the results.
