I was disappointed with Dr. Alena bedside manner with my child, his assistant didn’t know what they were doing and he had to correct her. I was overcharged and charged for supplies that I was unaware of. Plus we had to wait an hr to be seen, overall horrible experience!
Good doctor . the reason for this review is to let doctor know how bad is their billing, surgery center puts accounts on collection even though they are paid off and iam still getting bills even though account was paid long back. Feels like we sign up for life long payment plan with them.

Chairs in the waiting room were plush, the nurses were average and the doctor told me that I had to take a nerve test. He said nerve test about 4 times in the five minutes he graced me with. For my first time at a hand doctor, I would have liked an explanation of why hand hurts.
Due to a chronic hand injury I made an appt with Dr. Allen. He was very friendly, humble, and honest. He didn’t push me toward an unnecessary surgery. What a great place. Everyone was very friendly. Highly recommend.
