When your glasses break, it is a crisis! The entire staff from Reception, to the eyeglass dispensary, to Dr. Murphy herself were all so helpful and supportive.
Everyone was welcoming and efficient. It was a pleasant experience and I was very satisfied with the OD, her team, my evaluation and related explanations and recommendations.
I scheduled my appointment along with my three kids. The doctors were fantastic getting us all through together and giving me the updates for everyone.

overall I was happy with my exam, but the selection of glasses was not what i had hoped for. And it feels like I’m paying way more than I wanted to especially since i feel i had to settle on the frame.
They are more than twice as expensive as Costco or a similar place. However, they appear to be very knowledgeable at their profession. The retail side is very expensive – which is relative. I paid less than half at Costco for better glasses.

They are more than twice as expensive as Costco or a similar place. However, they appear to be very knowledgeable at their profession. The retail side is very expensive – which is relative. I paid less than half at Costco for better glasses.

Came in to pick up new glasses and have them fitted. Took just a few minutes. Also had new lenses put in my old glasses. Again just took a few minutes. Since we have to wait outside to be called in for our appointments, I wish there were chairs outside to sit on. That’s my only suggestion.
