Worst customer service experience, the elder white lady in the front desk was really rude and grumpy, did not care if my kids would shower with cold water, I dont see how someone like her is even hired,I will be switching to electric or spire now.if there was an option for zero stars I would choose that.smh
I put my bill in the dropbox on Sunday, July 15, 2018 because my bill was due Monday, July 16, 2018. I logged onto my account and noticed that i had a late fee charged to my account. The lady told me that they got my bill from the dropbox …
I literally never write review but felt the need to give shout out to the Fultondale Gas Board on their speedy response time to come review my gas line pressure test and get my gas cut on! We called very last minute and they were here in under an hour. The service technician was very nice!
Just had 3 guys out to fix my gas fireplace in the freezing temps and 2 days before Christmas. They were all very respectful and super nice.
I’m so thankful for them and the work they done!
