I lived in Lakeview Gardens in Parsippany and the property manager of this community is very rude. When I left the apartment, they have deducted unnecessary charges and when I am trying to talk to them on this, property manager is not willing to listen. This is pathetic and frustrating.
I live at South ridge Woods in Monmouth Junction. I have to say that with living here almost a year, and having our first snow storm, the management is on top of snow removal. Storms still going and they are out plowing, salting and shoveling. Thank you to the head of maintenance, regional manager and the groundskeepers.
The maintenance staff at Country Club Village are the best! James took care of the problem I reported and checked the functioning of some other devices (like the smoke detector) that I hadn’t listed. Excellent work!
This is the worst company that I ever worked with. If you try to file a complaint with the management company, good luck…they want nothing to do with it. The lack of respect that they have for tenants is unreal…and to think we pay these people’s salaries. Be very careful when choosing the Fair Lawn Promenade.
