The physician I saw was excellent; very knowledgeable with great bed side manner. However most of the reception staff were slow, rude and borderline incompetent.
They over book constantly, be prepared to wait for an hour and a half, always short staffed and the tv in the waiting room is all commercials for medication. Really?!!! Go else where!
I’ve been going to this practice for about 7 years. I switched to them from south jersey. My very first appointment with them they found a serious problem and sent me to a specialist. I love this practice.
I’m shocked to see such low reviews, I’ve been going to Dr. Malley for over 7 years, she was my LASIK surgeon and everything has been great, easy to get after work appointments and overall and quick and professional service every time
I have been in the exam room waiting for an hr…its now 6:40 and my appt was for 5:15. Totally unacceptable. They just said half hr ago hes running behind. Noone should be kept in an exam room tbis long. Are you double n triple booking appts? Im looking elsewhere going forward. This is ridiculous
I saw Dr. Ries and she was extremely helpful and took the time to explain things to me. I would highly recommend seeing her at this practice and their entire staff was outstanding and very professional. So glad I found my eye doctor for life.

Great ophthalmologist and office staff. I’ve been to two appointments here so far with Dr. Reis. She’s very thorough and knowledgeable. The appointment was not rushed, the techs were super friendly. Their appointment availability is really good too.
