Quick response and dependable. I was able to fill by large tank at a reduced cost per gallon in August. Not sure why they only filled it to 65%. Normally, they fill to 80%. Perhaps this is standard practice for a very hot summer to allow for expansion. I would be interested to find out.
You are able to talk to a person without going through a lot of automated choices. The representatives are polite and helpful.
The drivers that deliver have both been very helpful and polite. I also find them to be very honest.
I was impressed because their company representatives showed up exactly when they said they would. When they ran into some problems because my build site wasn’t quite ready for them, they returned within hours of me getting those issues corrected.
