I place an online request for an appointment 2 weeks ago, and never got a call back. I called today, and was on hold for 10 minutes, someone answered and transferred me to scheduling then I was cut off, so never did get an appointment.

Poor follow up. After a colonoscopy, patient had sore throat. The “professionals” here did not inquire why the patient had trouble swallowing. Later called the office, we got a promise of a call back, no return call. Angry red spots in a person’s throat normal? Office called back after we called the answering service.

Don’t go there without calling to verify they are in network first, yourself. Even when you send your insurance info ahead of time, they don’t bother to check it until after you arrive for your appointment. Even if you have Blue Cross Blue …
Dr Wood WAS this practice and he is retiring. He gave us great service for 15 years. He helped my wife through several problems that could have been life threatening. My sister has also used them, but was not satisfied. She was assigned one of their younger doctors, whom she found the be lacking in both experience and bedside manner.
Dr Barry is amazing and took his time to explain my results to me after my procedure. The preop nurses made me feel important, and the anesthesia provider was amazing. I woke up wondering when we would start, yet the procedure was done:-)

Didn’t help me at all. Glad I switched to different facility that made improvements to my life.
Dr. Sweeny is the best. I switched the GAP when his office merged with them and will stay with GAP as long as he is there.
