I had surgery today and I was SO scared. (Coming out of anesthesia, I told them I would give them a good review LOL…here it is!) The staff were all so wonderful and caring! Today 8/12my wife went into surgery the women at Gateway made us feel that they really cared and they do It was a wonderful experience we chose to take a taxi home and one woman waited patiently with my wife in a wheel chair to make sure she got into the taxi safely thank you all so much

Got me in & out fast for having a polyp removed & biopsies done. No after care or emergency # to call if there was a problem after going home. This routine procedure turned in to a 4 day hospital stay.
My experience with the surgery center during my procedure wasn’t bad but still struggling to get caught up on bills from Covid, a severe car accident, and cancer treatments and then having a sheriff show up at my house to deliver a summons where the surgery center is suing me over my bill is absolutely insane.
Fantastic Service!! Much Better than What I have Experienced From The Main Hospital. Truly Recommend Asking your Doctor if Any Outpatient Surgery Can Be Done Here if In the Concord Area of N.C.

While my surgical experience & team were exceptional, I was truly amazed that many patients, visitors, and staff ( including clinical) were not masked!
I also witnessed a few people right outside the main entrance smoking whereby the smell permiated the waiting area.

After having 2 different operations done at this facility I can’t say enough good things about the staff, very caring and courteous.
