Theu are nice when I see them, my granddaughter was out with me and they always respond back to her when she speaks to them, some times they don’t put my trash can on the side but rather right in the middle of the drive but hey you go get it and keep it moving lifes to short. Not only does my yard get trashed from trash falling out from the trucks but I’ve called them twice to get help with paying a bill which I cannot do anymore online, they took down my name,number and address and did someone from the office would call me, done this twice now and still no call. Now my bill is late….
For a past due amount of $40 during the peak of COVID-19 this company refused to pick up my trash. The customer service rep stated that since 30k people are late on their bill that gateway is justified to do that. Meridian Trash Company would’ve never done this. I miss their better quality of service.
