Great customer service!
This service is horrible! Always cutting out
Small and local company with Great customer service.
Amazing local company providing me high speed internet for years.
Slowest wifi in the world I’m so dissatisfied download speed Is also terrible i will never recommend this wifi.
Have been a customer for years and wouldn’t go with anyone else. Always responsive and as well as proactive with service needs.
These guys are actively trying to sabotage their neighboring companies. Be very careful if you share a region with them.
Won’t get back to me, so much for customer service and 24/7 support. take your chances with century link, at least their techs will help you.
Genesis Wireless is a wonderful LOCAL company that provides the best in customer service and technical support. I would highly recommend them!
Always helpful,. I work from home, and the fact that I get to talk to people who really know and understand what my needs in internet are is almost unheard of in this day and age. Genesis is my only choice for internet. .
Love supporting our local internet service provider! Great people, great service! If there is ever the slightest issue, it’s always taken care of right away!
Came over at 10:30 ready to drill and set up wifi for me. didn’t need to do that so they helped me figure out my problem.
Watch your backs around these guys. If your an ISP make sure they either aren’t aware of you or make sure your I’s are dotted and T’s crossed. They recently tried getting another local ISP in trouble with the GOVT.
They use a third party to take care of customer service. The third party has absolutely zero knowledge of how genesis’ system actually works.
We tried to get internet at a few different homes we lived in and our options were satellite which was very expensive and slow or Genisis, a friend recommended we try them and it worked very well, we took it to 4 different homes and it was …
Had genesis for over a year now. Terrible service and terrible wifi. Barely working buffering on everything. If I let someone else use wifi nothing else will work except for one iphone. Really bad customer service
Very good service in our area (Hinckley). The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Also, when going to start up with their internet service they checked the reception at my address to make sure that it was …
Internet is cutting out every five minutes and we’ve had this issue before multiple times and when it’s not cutting out, we’re getting speeds getting 20 kilobytes per second. When they attempt to fix it, it takes multiple days, just to get …
Geniuses Wireless provides a critically needed service to its rural communities. The customer service is excellent, billing is simple and pricing is fair compared to the price gouging you get with other providers. I only wish they could provide more bandwidth.
They try to force customers to use their ebilling services. From my experiences with such companies, they easily abuse such a system. Their accounting with Bill payments is extremely slow, allowing them to add “late fees” to payments. The …
STAY AWAY FROM THIS ISP!!! Absolutely horrendous, constantly slows and drops out, outrageously priced. Unless you are some boomer who can’t even tell the difference between USB and HDMI, stay the hell away from them. Also ignore the …
Don’t waste your time, there are better companies that actually got back to me and provided me with service. As a networking person I can tell you they are still stuck in the 18th century with their gear. Have you seen their home page, if that’s what their install looks like, I’m glad I never went with them.
I had Genesis at my old house and really liked it. My only other option was satellite which was way more expensive for a capped usage amount. I liked that Genesis was unlimited and didn’t have long term contracts. Their prices aren’t dirt …
I was looking to buy some land to build a house in their service area, and needed to have reliable internet service to work from home. I called these guys before I purchased just to confirm that they could service the address. They …
I inquired about service and received an email to call Rick’s number (Genesis Owner, I’m assuming). I called five times on Monday, 3 times on Tuesday, then twice each day until the end of the week. I was assuming maybe he was on vacation …
Pay for the top package at $110 a month. Internet constantly out. Working from home a nightmare with this internet as it is never consistent. Call tech and leave message for call back hours later if they call at all. I use my hotspot on …
WE use Genesis to run a fairly large local company. We have 8 internet based phone lines, 4 computers, 6 tablets, 1 mechanic tablet and multiple cell phones running off their signal at any given time – plus wifi!!! …
I sure appreciate the speed and reliability of our local company Genesis Wireless in Braham, MN. After Kinetic by Windstream upped our bill from $61 to $82 without even a notice was ridiculous and in my opinion gouging because everything …
