I’ve been a long time member. Called to inquire about a mortgage, left two voice mails. Not a single call back. This branch should also be open on Saturday’s like the rest of them.

I’ve been banking with Genisys over 20 years and this is the WORST branch! 30 minute waits in the drive thru with no cars ahead. ATM rarely takes cash deposits and the staff works with no urgency!

I have had my credit card and banking information stolen three times with this bank, and mostly out of state. My best friend has also banked with them, and had the same problem. BE WARNED! THEY HAVE POOR SECURITY!!
Genisys helped me finance my home and they were quick about it and zero issues at closing. They are always very helpful and have all the financial tools and programs I need.
Not good customer service. Do not value long standing customer relationships. Never have enough staff to answer the phone, so you will most likely have to leave a message and wait for a return phone call. I’ll stick with my name brand national bank since I can expect a better level of contact.
Every time I go to this branch (which is the headquarters) I am treated very well. The staff are super friendly and always go above and beyond to help and make you feel special. The bank tellers are the ones I usually interact with and they always make sure to be personable and friendly.
