  4. I’ve been banking with Genisys over 20 years and this is the WORST branch! 30 minute waits in the drive thru with no cars ahead. ATM rarely takes cash deposits and the staff works with no urgency!

Never have enough staff to answer the phone, so you will most likely have to leave a message and wait for a return phone call. I’ll stick with my name brand national bank since I can expect a better level of contact.

  40. Excellent customer service. Had tons of issues with my car dealer but Ashley B was able to not only handle them but clear my loan in a very short time. It was such a relief to have someone dealing with the situation who clearly knew what she was doing. I would recommend anyone use Genisys for the car buying process.
