The staff here are professionally courteous and nice, no problem there. I especially enjoy that there is an in-glasses business inside the institute as well so you don’t have to go to another location that may or may not accept your insurance.
So, my appointment was for 1:10pm today. Arrived at 1pm & it’s 1:50 & I am still sitting in the waiting room. Not one word to me. I come 5 x’s a year at least & wait & wait & wait. It’s getting old!! Dr. Manocha is a very honest and caring Ophthalmologist. I can’t say enough about his bedside manner and how he and his staff are consistent with the treatment of his patients. I HIGHLY recommend them for any and all eyecare needs.
