At checkout I was given one bill, I paid in full for my visit. A few weeks later they told me I owed approximately $200 more so I paid that bill, then a few weeks later they told me I owed another $75. They were uncooperative and sent threatening letters. What a scam.

I have been going here for a couple of years. Generally there is no wait and on the rare occasion I did have to wait, it’s ten minutes at most. Never had any billing issues and have never had procedures recommended that I didn’t request so can’t relate to these other reviews. Carrie is great!
They’re the only people o trust with my face now. Their advice is consistent and never caters to the fades like oil cleansing or caveman routine. I’ve tried outsider products from $5 at CVS to $175 day cream from France. They have the best advice and products for your skin and I won’t go anywhere else, even if I have a month to wait.
Wait time wasn’t long, they saw me not even 10 minutes after my arrival. Nurses were super friendly. Front desk could be a little nicer but overall my experience was good….waiting on my lab results.
