The customer experience is so poor and frustrating you will regret purchasing a product from them. No one answers their phones. No one returns phone calls. When you do finally receive and return paperwork, it will be ignored. My favorite was being on hold for over an hour and a half and then being told they are closed.

Been trying to contact ANY human being at Gerber for the last 4-6 months, have gotten absolutely nowhere.
This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with life insurances. You don’t accumulate anything over time, if you call you wait on hold for hours and hours and if you ask them to call you back then they don’t. I just want my money back so I can find some reliable, affordable life insurance.
Imagine you paid for insurance plan for years and you want to cancel one day and want to get your money back you can not because is the policy so bye bye your money like that so easy and wait close to an hour to talk to a customer service BAD and SCAM company what a shame !!!
I cancelled policies with Gerber for increasing costs to switch to a more responsive affordable company; after numerous calls & written requests to be removed from mailing list, they continue to harass with marketing junk mail. I suppose it’s good fireplace kindling. STOP ALREADY!!!
