  1. Most workers are extremely slow, lazy, not knowledgeable, always having to ask someone else for answers. They say they will call back and hardly ever do. They make every process complicated. Greenville would be better if it had different companies to choose from instead of the WORST company ever GEUS.

  18. Absolutely horrible Internet speeds. I pay for 30mbps but routinely get 1-2 Mbps during peak times (evenings). Trying to watch YouTube videos can be even worse. This indicates to me that they don’t have the capacity to serve the customers that they have despite charging high prices.
