this bank sucks they froze our account with money in it and will not let us withdrawal from the location and won’t even let us close the account and get our money out in a family emergency. terrible customer service terrible managerial skills and just an all around lousy bank.
I’ve been banking at Glacier for over 15 years and have NEVER been treated with anything but pleasant attitude and GREAT service. They have reversed service fees that had been caused by my error on multiple occasions. I don’t have complaint #1.

Constant issues over the years I’ve had them. Also Kyla Sloan one of the lenders is not trustworthy and does not communicate well at all.
I have been on numerous accounts for years and one of the services they offer customers is fax. I went in to the branch on mains street in Kalispell MT and 2 young cashiers both refused to send a fax for me. Unacceptable!

Worst home loan experience I’ve ever had. Very impersonal, and inefficient processes. I’d rather get a home loan from Walmart then this bank. I’m over glacier bank, they’ve gone down hill over the years as they’ve gone up the corporate ladder.
