Don’t call because they don’t answer
Awful place to try and get ahold of. Awful website to try to pay. Then they’ll threaten to turn your water off…
They do not follow thru with your issues with sewer backup in our basement, and when asked if i can pay a day later because of pay they dont care at all and threaten to cut you off. At least other utilities will work with you if your struggling
This company is impossible to get ahold of, you cannot pay your bill online, and they don’t allow automatic bill pay from my bank. It is like they do not want to get paid. I have called 4 times today and no one has answered. What century is this? ALLOW ONLINE BILL PAY!
I called today and they answered the phone right away. Explained that the main sewer line was leaking through the manhole cover and they sent a crew out to unblock it. They were here within 20 minutes and thanked me for calling.
