Gold Cross may provide the needed transit during an emergency BUT beware when transporting from one Thedacare to another they code non- emergency…resulting in insurance companies not covering. My experience took 6 months and 3 appeals to override the Non-Emergency coding from Gold Cross!
Strange that a company in 2022 has such strict and discrimatory policies against how their employees look. You would think they would prioritize the quality of the staff.

My daughter had to be transported to Milwaukee for care and the two paramedics who transported us were awesome. Very thankful for the safe transport and care received while in transport. Thanks to Jeff & Erin! Appreciate the job you do!

Their critical care Paramedics and Nurses are excellent I also appreciate the responsiveness of their service director.
