Always losing trash out of the back of truck – roadsides look terrible because of this –
This week was the 4th or 5th time they didn’t pick up my trash in the last 1.5 years……
The worst but the only game in town. Don’t bother with recycling because they just dump it in with other trash at least 75% of the time. Lazy group of individuals for sure
Our streets looks cleaner before they come pick the trash. Trash bins left open, left in middle of street, trash falls of and they leave it, very sloppy job.
Would you rather have your dumpsters full and have to empty them in trash sites and land fills manually? No. You wouldn’t. Good job Golden Waste Disposal! 😃 …
Very poor in customer service & they never pick up our dumpster on time! Plus they will try to take your money then say you haven’t paid your bill even when you have bank statements to say you have!! Would not recommend to anyone!!!
Have been trying to get a recycling bin for a month now. Called multiple times with the promise of a delivered bin, still nothing. Guess this review doesn’t really help in the grand scheme of things given that they’re the only trash pickup in town…
I have a serious complaint. Golden Environmental Service was very rude took my garbage cans and said I was not paying for garbage my city bill is $ 19.41 every month. And they refuse to pickup extra garbage. Their service is very poor and they have no consideration for others.
The people in the office seem nice, but the garbage pick up people that do routs on wendsdays have no respect for customer’s property and the company’s property. People pay attention to your mailboxes. For almost 3 months on garbage day …
Yall need better drivers.. My trash can is where it’s always been. Stop driving in my yard when you should be driving down alley not in someone yard. I put metal stake in ground to keep y’all away from house, You hit my fence and you will pay to fix it. Thank you and have a great day

Our trash is supposed to be picked up on Tuesday because I work on shift I placed it out there Monday by the road where I always put it. Wednesday after they had not pick it up I called. A woman said the driver said it was in the yard and …
They don’t pick up trash every Monday. Must just ride right by ? Lived here 2 years had 6 times they haven’t picked up trash reported 3 of them and last Monday was that 6th time. Put cameras on the exterior sides of the trucks to see for yourself. No refunds on the non-pickups either. What am I paying for ?
My guys are great! Never ever have I had any problems. They do a great job. Thanks guys! Don’t know what I’d do without you. I say either we are the cleanest folks or the trashiest but I always have a beyond full can. Wish the cans were bigger, I guess.
