Since day 1 , when my baby was born nobody cares. Doctor takes days to get beck to you if you have a question. The worst doctor is Shultz,her main phrase is “the baby will outgrow”. 0 help with a newborn
Really great experience with several of the doctors here. All of the staff have good bedside manners and have been great with handling the care of our baby. Would highly recommend!
Used to be a great practice but now is a factory. Front desk and nurses are very nice but many of the doctors lack empathy and don’t try to connect with patients. It’s really disappointing.
We’ve been very happy with the practice over the last 5 years. They were very helpful with in-office COVID testing throughout the pandemic and it’s always easy to get a same day appointment for a sick kid. They have a partnership with UCSF for after hours/weekend visits. Overall great care for the kids.
