Newflash I don’t need to show a pay check stub to cash my check or to put money in my checking. All banks are able to cash my payroll check without a stub.
The New Online Format! Well, several things different. It’s a learning curve for me, and I am a computer person. 😐 The time limit needs to be extended or at least have an option to extend it. Other than those, it’s useable.
Normally they are good, however they have lost 2 of my checks and when I try to contact them they either transfer me back to the main number or hang up accidentally. I’ve called them numerous times with no resolution to my issue.

Customer service, online banking, and their app are all terrible. I’ve put up with a lot over the years, but I’m done. I recently lost nearly $100 in fees due to this bank’s errors. Now I’m trying to close my accounts, and I can’t even get them to return the last $5 in each account. It’s ridiculous.

I ran my card up then paid it off the next month but my credit score went down 100 points for 60 days because of their slow reporting.
