Twice I scheduled an appointment only to show up and was told it was at a different time. The office staff at the front counter do not care that people have other responsibilities and don’t have time to be waiting, because they are careless when making appointments.

The staff are incredibly nice and cleanings are fast, gentle, and easy. They are the best dentist office I’ve been to. I’m also so glad they provide fast braces because I’ve been wanting to get my teeth fixed for years. My bite and teeth have improved greatly since getting my fast braces. Top notch staff! My company switched dental insurance halfway through getting a bunch of work done and my new insurance wasn’t covered but they still honored my old insurance and previously quoted prices. It would’ve cost me an extra $1800!
