Spoke to 2 employees. 1 was extremely rude. Power was turned off even though they had previously processed the payment through their own website before shut off. When they saw that the payment had in fact been made they immediately put in a re-connect order but they still refused to remove the shut off fee or speed up re-connect.
I was able to quickly set up my account for my new home and the field technician was at my home before I was able to drive home. Great response time and customer service!!

They give no notice for anything at all. Pay a bill? No receipt. No notice of when your bill is due and they just cut power on Friday and don’t reinstate anything until the next business day with no heads up or warning or anything. Worst service known to man. 0 out of 10 would NOT recommend
