My dad fell and broke his hip. I took him to Greenwood Leflore Hospital and they made him wait for four and half hours before checking him. I had to witness him suffer for all that time. They need a new crew or hire more people.

The Inpatient therapy dept is wonderful!!! Dr Flautt and the Nursing Staff really know how to treat the patients. There daily smiles really helped to brighten the day

I am always treated well…from the check in to the services and to the departure. Great staff. I crack jokes to assist in my anxiety for visiting. The staff never disappoints. I’ve never had to wait longer than 15mins for my visit to handle my business and be out. ☝️

The administration works very slowly and is quite inconsiderate. My mother was in a car accident. It was minor.However, the longer we waited, the more she hurt. We waited about 3 hours. If you are seriously in pain, do not choose Greenwood Leflore Hospital as your choice of service. If I could give a lower rating, I would.

I went to GLH for the first time on Feb. 5th. From the receptionist to the nice lady who got my paperwork done so I could get my xrays & the sweet girl that took me back to x-ray were all so kind. Didn’t have to wait more than 10 mins to go back for xrays. I definitely recommend this hospital.

My dad had a surgery on his arm Tuesday morning. We were very pleased with the treatment he was given. Every single person that we saw was super nice and went out of their way to help with anything we needed. Nurses in the hallway would smile and ask if you needed anything. Thanks for taking great care of my dad.
