Awful service sat here for 1 and a half hours to get x-ray while they let three people ahead of me who were walk ins for x-ray find some where else there to busy talking about there personal lives to do there job
Totally misdiagnosed/did not see a problem with the issue to my problem. Not only am I having to pay them for not seeing the problem. But had to go to another doctor for proper diagnosis. Will decline to go there again if it’s my doctor’s suggestion.
Everyone who works there that I met were all very pleasant. They were on time with their schedule and very efficient. I would highly recommend coming here for ct scan or ultrasounds rather than going anywhere else!
I am always treated with the up most respect from all employees that I come in contact with. I have been going there a least 10 years or so. I try to use Griffin Imagine as much as I can. When you are treated well you will return when the need arises. Thank you all for being so kind .
Went in for a CT Scan that my Dr ordered. Appointment was for 4:45 and arrived at 4:25. They called me back at 4:40 and I was out the door by 4:50pm. Extremely fast and very friendly.

I made an appointment a week ago for today but they called this morning to say that they were cancelling my appointment because my insurance hasn’t approved it. I find this unacceptable because they’ve had over a week to get this approved. I’ve got to go through another weekend sick and in pain and not knowing what’s wrong.
I’m here now, they allowed me to come 2 hours early to start my barium drink so I didn’t have to make an additional trip here. They were very quick to get me in for an appointment. Very nice and courteous staff.

This office is AWESOME!!! the ladies there are SO caring and compassionate. I absolutely love to go there. Highly highly recommended! Great place!!
