griggs and browne was recommended to me by a friend. she said to ask for paul dipetrillo specifically. that was quite a while ago and i have never been disappointed . thank you for doing a good job!
I am not happy with Griggs and Browne. I’m a reasonable person who is a property manager. They scare the tenants with the worst case scenario. If we didn’t have a contract with them, they would by fired.
Got a 1-year service plan quote from Griggs, that was slightly higher than Big Blue Bug (New England Pest Control). Griggs was noticably higher, but include one more home visit than Big Blue Bug. The staff from Big Blue Bug did a more extensive inspection and we’re generally more pleasant.
Excellent company. Very pleased with the professionalism. Robert M,supervisor and Brian W,technician are top notch! Best choice in RI for pest control, and believe me I know from experience with others. Highly recommend.

I’m extremely satisfied with Griggs & Browne. I signed up for the quarterly service due to a mouse problem a few years back. Anytime I have an issue, it’s a simple call and it’s usually addressed within one business day. My technician, Jaime, is very punctual, friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
