Terrible business practice ruins rural internet. GRM forces you to have a landline connection which they charge $40 per month. There is no need for this, no one should be forced to pay for a landline of they dont want the option. 15mbps is $110 per month with the mandated landline. Far too much.

This is the only place to get internet in Southern, Iowa. It is way to expensive for elderly people on a fixed income.
Very difficult to deal with when it is time to pay out the dividends when member dies. They want an estate and most people do not have an estate. Been 4 months still will not pay out!
They are courteous, friendly and always willing to help promptly. In over 30 years of service we have never been disappointed.
