  2. Came home today and recycling was taken but not garbage (it’s full btw). Last time our garbage was taken but not our recycling. Inconsistent and inconsiderate, garbage company!

  8. Our business was with Groot for years. In December they raised our rate by 30% and didn’t even contact us. When we wanted to cancel they said we had a contract and that they can raise their rates as mucg as they want and we cannt cancel. The worst!

  9. Very poor service or should i say lacking! They never picked up on agreed schedule, they even changed pickup day on their own without even discussing it with their customer.   14. Due to Covid19 and the states regulations and restrictions, our facilities have been open, closed and then open again. The staff at Groot has been wonderful with the starting and stopping of the trash and recycling removal for all of our locations.

  15. The garbage person threw away about $300 worth of my plants. They were sitting near the corner of my driveway, but were very obviously not trash. I should not have my hard work STOLEN from me because I put something near the general area of the curb. I have never had issues before now and it is baffling to see this lack of care.

I placed our trash across the street and our truck driver not only picked up our garbage, he also placed our bin back across the street by our driveway. I was sincerely thankful for that act of kindness that I thought went beyond what he had to do. Thank you!
