Awesome company!!
I moved over to Navy Fed, what service
Don’t expect to be treated with any kind of respect
Terrible service and business. dont use for auto loans or banking in general!
They are making ther workers work on Monday even though the hurricane will still be here by then and not even giving them Friday off to prepare for the hurricane factory workers are getting Friday and or Monday off but this place they don’t care about there workers!
I have an 800 credit score and they decided to close my credit card account without any warning! Just because I didn’t use it in the last few months? My score dropped 30 points because of this BS
I’m a vendor and they have refused to pay my invoice for over 90 days. Customer service hangs up on me and the website is a joke. Judging by all of the one star reviews on here, I doubt I will ever see my money.
I will be changing banks real soon! Really horrible customer service! And they can never get anything done! Very rude! Long waiting calls and they always playing pass the phone because nobody wants to do there job!
Hands down worst customer service in history. They’re very short with you and try to put you at fault and take whatever they can from you anyway they can. I wished I’d never have opened an account through grow. Terrible people with terrible attitudes and I hope the company goes under some how.
Why do you not have any locations south of 70th ave n in st petersburg anymore. It sucks having to drive from south st petersburg all the way to park or 70th st to do banking. Having one in downtown st petersburg or pasadena or tyrone or anywhere further south would be great.
N til farther notices we #irockwellcfR🩸🫡🙌🕋💫 grow cud step up with us or not history from us loyalty customers #DattparcfR …
I would like to thank and commend Ron McGill. Ron did a great job from start to finish in handling my mortgage loan. We closed and moved into our home three days later. His attention to detail exceeded all expectations; I never had to call …
Most inconvenient bank on the planet. Most branches are closed on Saturday. Their debit cards are so cheap, they don’t even read in their own ATM. The headquarters doesn’t have a branch inside. Branches are few and far between. They tried …
Is really starting to suck. You have to go through multiple voice menus only to be put on hold for 10 minutes to talk to a real person who transfers you to another extension where you are put on hold again. Service used to be a hallmark, …
Workers are nice but Grow Financial is THE WORST bank I’ve had in my entire life. If you have money stolen from your account, apparently they wont give it back to you. Lost hundreds of dollars. Stay away!
If I could do zero stars I would!
I cannot wait to close my account but I figured it is my duty to inform/warn others of this atrocity they call a bank beforehand. I have never in my life been …
I had to deal with one of their remote-based “human” tellers at a branch’s drive-thru via a monitor and she had an attitude that would make you think that she was being held captive and, therefore, not very happy with her job. However, not …
I am very unsatisfied. I just checked my savings account and a hidden service fee have been charged to my account. I specifically asked before I agreed to open up an account with this institution. If there is a fee to keep the account open …
Absolutely terrible customer service. If I knew then what I know now, I would have stayed away from Grow. I have an auto loan and a saving account with them. I have it set up to autopay my car note. I have been dealing with this for 9 days …
Banked here for over 15 years now. I’ve never had an issue that wasn’t solved immediately by a friendly representative. I’ve maintained them while living abroad and in several states where they have no physical locations. It’s never been an issue. I do some banking with other institutions for certain accounts and wish they all were Grow.
As Marble Florida llc I have been with grow financial for long time now it has been a pleasure to work with them and now it’s over. I’m still giving 5 stars because I get to know many people who works for this bank specially Brandon …
Grow financial is trash. They have the worst customer service, their branches are ridiculous, the website is bad… I can go on. They don’t stand for their customers, they only want your money. They ruined my credit score because of their …
Useless bank to me. I have my auto loan and a credit card through grow for the past 3 years. Recently, I decided to start a business and was denied because I didn’t any collateral for my loan. The lady told me that right now grow is only …
The account holder is deceased and I was told I was the Beneficiary of this account by Bank representative. When I arrived to close the account and open a new one I was told I was not the Beneficiary. The account holder and myself had come …
Tried refinance no help on application , made calls to person handling app no response . Been with grow awhile . Recommend any where else but grow .was told no when my average income for last 3 yrs 90 k . Was told not enough money . No help …
I have been a member of Grow since back when it was MacDill and I have always loved this bank however over the past few year I have seen a significant decline in the customer service accuracy of the information being given. I have had …
Banking with them since 2002. Just always make sure you have enough savings when running your checks, overdrawn fees are always a nightmare. No problem with customer service at all. It’s always good to have a financial credit union (low interest rates) and this one is excellent. I wish they could open a Grow Financial in Orlando.
This is the most awful credit union on the planet! I was basically robbed of thousands of dollars on my car loan. I purchased a vehicle about a year ago and the auto dealer assigned my financing through Grow financial. For about 6 or 7 …
Terrible place to bank. They advertise they’re all about helping their clients but all they see are dollar signs. The bank tellers at their bank locations are nice, but we constantly had issues with cooperate holding our money for days and …
If I could give 0 stars I would. This bank, yes I said bank, they are not a credit union in my book because they are for profit not non-profit. I signed for a 7% interest rate and they were scamming. I’ve been paying on my loan for 1 year …
Special thank you to Tammy Washburn who personally walked me through the process of obtaining an auto loan with Grow Financial. She answered every question I had and the loan was funded quickly. Smooth and easy process.
Very dissatisfied with Grow Financial due to hurricane Ian I received damage that wasn’t covered by my car insurance, due to High deductible and FEMA relief, decline me as well. …
