Terrible customer service. Worst non-informative FB page. Joke of a complicated website. Online payment doesn’t work. Cannot keep customers informed through use of modern day technology. Phones just keep ringing, no one answers. Cocky, rude approach to answering questions.

Absolute worst customer service . I’ve called 5 times and left a message each time and they never called me back. Their 24 hr help line nobody answered either. And when I finally got ahold of someone they didn’t know how to help solve my issue and my issue still hasn’t been resolved. I wish there was another company to go to on island
