  5. They have an office in Southfield, MI and when I call I am talking to a person. There is always someone there to answer my call – a real person. Have always had good service.

  7. when we bought our home we had ADT come there were numerous times power would go out for various reasons and ADT never checked on us but Guardian is always right there.

  11. Watch what you are signing. I have been a customer over 20 years, made a little change, and they claimed it was “all new”. When I questioned the extremely high cost of the little change the response was “tough”. We got your signature and we will not change it. Pay sukka.
