  1. Absolutely the most unresponsive organization we have ever tried to engaged. For weeks they have never returned multiple phone calls nor responded to emails.

  2. Absolutely terrible property management company. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I was hung up on on several occasions and ignored repeatedly. They are never available for a guest pass and will make your life as challenging as possible. Avoid at all costs.

  3. Beware: this company is the WORST, a nightmare to work with, untrustworthy!! Except for the receptionist you won’t be able to speak to someone in person, they are not returning calls, they are not taking care of issues related to your property, and the list goes on.

  7. I would give less than 1 star if the system allowed it. They are negligent, careless, unorganized and Rude. Never return calls, nor tend to maintenance problems. Run if you are buying a property & this is the property manager.
