Absolutely hate paying 40% more for the same electric as AEP
Service is absolute garbage with random power outages for no reason even in perfect weather.

The workers in Billing have been very kind to me. For those who get mad, they are only doing their job. They have to do what they are told.

I have had this company service for 24 years and I have never experienced anything less than helpful service. I compare them to other companies , which I have used in the past, and they are number one..with us!!
Only 3 because the electric price does seem way higher than other utility companies but the power rarely goes out and during the storm of 2012 we only lost power for like a few hours. 10 year customer.

Terrible infrastructure… Power out 4 times in 3 weeks for a total of 30 plus hours! They don’t get in any hurry to get out and fix it. Even though there are elderly and disabled veterans on the road.

Not the greatest company to get electric through, I’ve had several rude employees when I call in, they never have my information right, it’s always different answers for my questions depending on who you talk to, it’s also pretty expensive. I wouldn’t recommend.

One the worst electric company there is. There all about making money and not helping people. There are other electric company that are actually care about there customer. We can not switch base on where we live because a co-opt plan which doesn’t not save you money at all and there rate on what they charge is extremely high.
