Convenient location for Clear Lake so I took a chance despite reading the negative reviews here. I had a chest xray, so it wasn’t a complicated procedure, but I found the tech was very nice, efficient & friendly. The whole experience took a half hour and I was on my way.
Went last week with husband! Did X-rays on his left knee! Tech was good, but crampt area for turning around on opposite side of handles! Getting MRI tomorrow, will see how that goes!
Only saw 2 staff members out of about 7 that were wearing masks. None of the front desk. And they lean over to talk to you at the window. Basically in your face. Not acceptable right now with Covid.

Showed up when I was told, 30 minutes prior to appointment. Filled out paperwork and was immediately called back to get the MRI. After the MRI was over, I was taken for xrays. No waiting whatsoever.
