I gave the ER a one star because I did get a room and an IV. Once I was in a room that was it. No one came to check on me and I laid there for an hour. I left as I could take fluids and lay on my own bed. The one hour and no care was charged out to me for over $6,000.00+ so the billing dept should get 5 stars I guess.
My daughter went in with severe sunburn and the ER performed several unnecessary tests simply because we have good insurance. They did 3 blood tests and a chest xray.
