  1. If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is not helpful at all, and the poor customer service people have to follow the rules of this company. Wastewater needs to be combined with water bill. There are too many separate hands in the pot to be efficient. Bottom line is this company makes Hamilton county look bad.

  14. Had a very serious problem. Called at 11:30am on a Friday and the inspector, Kenneth, was at my home by 11:45am. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Kenneth provided an excellent informed explanation of what had transpired to cause the problem. Overall fast professional service and the problem was immediately resolved.
