This place was GREAT!!!! I had a little surgery there yesterday and the staff was very warm and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
Waited 3 hours just for my husband to get called in for his procedure even though we were told to come early. Not considerate of their patients. Still waiting for him to get the procedure done. It is now hour four.
Buyer beware. Called in December to ask what contract allowment was so we would know what our abligation was based in diagnosis code from surgeon. One month after the surgery we were hit with a bill for DOUBLE the amount. Billing won’t correct their mistake. Dont go here….
I had surgery at the Capital Health Surgery Center today. Later that evening I vomited blood so my wife called the emergency line and spoke with “Dr. K”. He was very rude,not empathetic, condescending, disrespectful, and unprofessional …
I had an excellent experience here. I went in for my first surgery this week, and each nurse, doctor, and tech was friendly and reassuring during my pre-op prep and post-op recovery. I left feeling taken care of. They even called me the next day to check up on me. Thank you!
I’ve have great experiences in this clean facility. The staff are all professional, nurses are always kind and everything goes smoothly. I’ll definitely recommend this center to friends. I’m glad my pain management doctor (Damien) is associated with this surgery center. Thank you all!
