The trash pickup service is ok but the workers themselves don’t care about customer service in the least. If I could hire another company I would buy since I have water with Newport news I have no choice.

I work for HRSD. They’re a great company to work for and They are great at what they do.Every one at HRSD is dedicated to keeping our waterways clean and eliminating many disease causing pathogens through Sewage Treatment .
Nice move VA Beach city council as always you found a way to pick pocket residents out of there hard working money by moving billing charges from a bi-monthly or every two month to a monthly basis and as a consequence now I’m paying more than 30% more. Please be more cost-cutting conscious and keep your hands out of my pocket. Thanks
