I been without power sence August 12 2021 i have kid’s we are tired and Hungry today is August 14 2021 still no power i been calling and calling and they don’t care we are stressed to the max it’s 80 degrees in my apartment this is just crazy and i am just done with Board of Public works
Terribal customer service. Dishonest. Will shut your utilities off without notice even if you are a loyal customer who is never late on your bill. Charge absorbently high reconnect fees.
Had a crew today that was outstanding. They took care of the problem, were considerate of us, did the work with smiles and were professional. Thanks for sending us the A-TEAM! Joe& Yvonne. on Sunburst
Quite possibly the worst utility company in America! Why can’t you people keep the power on for more than a few days in a row? The charges for your nonexistent service is absolutely ridiculous. I wish it would let me give 0 stars!

Ridiculously high rates for a small town. Water is contaminated and they still want to keep hiking the rates up on us. It’s getting to the point people can’t afford to pay their bill anymore. N there not very much services out there to help you funding wise to pay ur bill.
Outstanding dedication to their customers!! Power was out due to an icy tree falling into a power line and it was in bad shape. They were thinking it would be sometime next day but, they got it done same night!!! Thank you!!
