Could work on explaining everything theyre going to do, where they plan on spraying and just checking in more in general. The guy that came was nice enough i just didnt feel like i had a lot of info on what he was doing. Havent seen any spiders somce he came though!
Would never use this company again. They may be good at regular extermination But we hired them for bed bug infestation. Did not work. Technician talked a lot but service did not match. Threw a lot of money away for their very poor service treatment.

Haralson did our termite treatment last year and the renewal this year. Lynn in the office was very courteous and helpful and our technician, Andrew, was polite, professional and on time which I truly appreciate. We are very pleased with the service provided.

Debra sprayed my house and did an excellent job! Very knowledgeable of her job. Wish she could spray every time!!
Guy showed up sprayed behind fridge and stove said he put out some gel bait charged 90$ amd sprayed along the living room wall and was gone in no time. 2 months later we still got bugs. Said of that wasn’t strong enough they would come back. And use something stronger Cost extra. Why not ise stronger to start with.
