I literally called to get my family set up and the receptionist was very rude. Definitely not taking my family there! Literally told her never mind on setting up.
Doctor is ok. Staff is very rude and unfriendly! Inaccurate billing. Billing department won’t do their job and file correct insurance if you have multiple insurances. Would not recommend this place.
Very caring environment. Most of the people are very nice. They have been there when I have BEEN VERY sick. Able to get in on the spur of the moment when an illness was acute. They are right around the corner from my home.
I am part of a traveling ministry and they refused care because I would only be going to there facility once. Never asked why I was asking for medical just said sorry if you won’t continue to receive care we can’t help you.
Harder Family Practice has gone out of their way to take good care of my family recently. I appreciate the kindness of their staff, and the skill of the doctor and PAs.
Brandee PA-C and Abigail APRN are fantastic to work with! It is easy to get an appointment at this office, the office personal are wonderful, and the medical care is outstanding! I am a Registered Nurse myself and would highly recommend this practice to anyone who wants great quality of care!
My daughter told me about the weight loss program, this year we went rock climbing and zip lining with the family, Abigail Oliver and all the staff are soo nice, so glad we did this! Thankyou Harder Family Practice!
There office charged me without my consent and I spent a week trying to contact the office manager with no response. I have previous liked my experience with the nurse practitioner but the office staff is not helpful at all and no one will own up to their mistakes.
Moved my whole family here after an insurance change forced us to leave Via Christi/Ascension Network. We have been pleasantly surprised. It’s always super easy to get a timely appointment. Abby has taken great care of my whole family. So glad we moved to a provider here in town!

Terrible doctor office wouldnt recommend to anyone if I could give 0 stars I would. Won’t see sick children if you need treated be prepared to have secretary diagnose your child over the phone.
This place is the worst place to go if you are disabled. So I’d recommend going some where else
