Always reliable and excellent communication across social media. Things happen and REMC gets the lights back on in record time (I’ve had Duke and they don’t come close to comparison). Great people in the office and awesome linemen in the field. Excellent to deal with through new service request as well.
So they came out and cut down a bunch of trees (that were part of the main power lines not the ones going to our house) and just left them! They are HUGE like tree trunks that we are going to have to pay someone to come out and cut up so …
